Warranty Coverage
Alpha Pet Doors warrants the covered products to be free of all defects in material and workmanship. This warranty extends to the original buyer.
Within the period of this warranty, Alpha Pet Door will repair or replace parts free of charge, proving defective in material or workmanship. All warranty repairs and service must be performed by an authorized Alpha Pet Door Technician, or an authorized Dealer of Alpha Pet Door.
Alpha Pet Door is confident its doors are superior to any other pet door on the market and that is why we offer a Lifetime Warranty on our frame.
Alpha Pet Doors warranties its flaps for 5 years from the date of initial purchase.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not apply to any costs, repairs or services for the following:
Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations or improper installations.
Neglect of the care of the pet door.
Damage caused by your pet or any other animal.
Corrective work necessitated by repair made by anyone other than an Alpha Door Authorized Technician.
Doors that are not properly sized for the pet .
